An existing townhouse with great ocean views, but an ordinary inside. We redesigned and remodelled the interiors, to create an award winning layout and design. Upon entering this residence, you are met with floor to ceiling timber battens to guide you through the residence. At the end of the hallway, you are met with a curved wall with a hidden laundry, and onto the luxury modern kitchen, where you can overlook the outdoor entertainment area with built in bbq and greenery. The use of natural materials and colours work well in this space to create a feeling of luxury, space, and happiness.
