Contemporary townhouse development. I wanted to create this development to appear as one with the linked roof line and gabled ended detailing. The homes are light and spacious. The large façade glazing and picture window at ground level enhances the form of the gable above. The gable end with vertical battens is a great detail gives the façade a softness. The simple projected dorma window to each townhouse pops out from the main roof line and gives the master bedroom a small lookout to the street. The master bedroom also enjoys a raked ceiling line that matches the roof adding interest and feels like you are in a modern attic.
