Two townhouses on a single block, the new design neatly incorporated both an open rooftop terrace and a large gumtree occupying the font corner of the site.

The curves of the balustrade closely followed the shape of the tree. A desire to add colour to the development resulted in the installation of a striking fuchsia glass frame to the façade
